"I just want to say one thing Mr. Mark Thomas was a very good guy that did not leave me stranded I was broke down on 404 I called a lot of tow truck companies they would not come to me to tow my van I finally got a hold of Mark Thomas and there was not any question about it he said  where are you at and I will be there in 20 minutes I asked him for a few of his business cards because I know that I would highly recommend him to toe for us anytime and the rates are pretty reasonable he made sure the van was hooked up correctly and he made sure it got where I was telling him to go  for my repairs he owns a company himself that does repairs but he did not try to ask me to come with him he was very professional and I believe the next time one of our company vehicles has any issues I will use him for our mechanic and telling thank you Mark for such a fast response  I will recommend you to all my family and friends as well the Roofing Experts of Annapolis will use you in the near future for our towing and possible repair service again thank you for such a fast response and not leaving me stranded on that highway for a long time and you arrived very quickly and got me on the road Looking forward to work with you in the future thank you again Mr. Mark Thomas and your secretary was very helpful as well and a nice person to talk to you have a good secretary and tell her I said hi thank you"
